There are a few possible contributing factors to the error message:
Incorrect username or password.
Browser Compatibility: we suggest using Google Chrome where possible. Some older browsers such as Internet Explorer may be out-of-date, and not compatible with our systems.
Incorrect Email Address: Verify that the email address you are using is the same email address you originally used to create your account.
Case Sensitive Credentials: for security purposes, both your email address and password are case sensitive. They must appear exactly as you typed them when you created your account.
For example, user@inter-val.ai and User@inter-val.ai are two different logins.
Minimum Password Requirements: for security purposes, interVal passwords must meet a set of minimum requirements.
Ensure the password you are trying includes:
Minimum of 8 characters
At least one uppercase letter
At least one lowercase letter
At least one number
At least one symbol (e.g. ! % # $ & )
To reset your password, use the Forgot password link. You must know the email address associated with your account to reset your password.
