User does not exist.

Incorrect Email Address: verify that the email address you are using is the same email address you originally used to create your account.
Case Sensitive Credentials: for security purposes, both your email address and password are case sensitive. Your email address must appear exactly as you typed it when you created your account.
For example, user@inter-val.ai and User@inter-val.ai are two different logins.
