Inviting A Client After Setting Up a Business Profile
Once you have created a business on the interVal platform using the Set Up a Business feature, you will then have the option to invite the business owner to join. This can be done as soon as the Business Profile is set up, but does not require the analysis to be complete.
This will give your client their own secure login so they can view their dashboard and complete the Accuracy Check and Saleability Score questionnaires.
To view a list of your clients and business owners, visit the Business Clients tab.
An owner can be invited to join a business if there is not currently a Business Owner listed.
To invite an owner, click the Actions button beside the business name. Next, select Invite Owner.
In the text box, enter the email address for your client and click Send Invite.
Your client will automatically receive an email from interVal with a secure link to create an account on the interVal platform. The email will also contain your name and your company’s name, so they know that it was sent by you.
Once they have accepted the invitation and created their account, they will be able to log into the platform, view their analysis (if available), and complete any available questionnaires.
