Reassigning a Business to a Different Advisor
To reassign a business, you must be an Admin for your company on the interVal Platform.From the Business Clients, tab search for the business you would like to reassign.
Click the Actions button beside the business name and select Change Manager
Use the drop-down menu to select the name of the advisor that needs to be assigned to the business. Click Confirm.
The business will now appear in the Business Clients list for that advisor when they log in to the platform.
Note: a business an only be assigned to an advisor who has an account on the interVal platform. To invite a new advisor to join, visit this helpdesk article.
