Forgot your password? No problem!
To reset your password, visit the interVal login page and click the Forgot Password link.
On the Forgot Your Password? screen, enter the email address associated with your interVal account.
Note: email addresses are case sensitive, too!
Click the Reset Password button.
Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@inter-val.ai. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, check your junk mail in case it got caught up in there.
Within the email, click the Reset Password button.
On the Reset Your Password screen, select a new password that meets the requirements displayed. Once you have a selected a password that meets all of the minimum requirements, a green checkmark will appear in the text field.
Type the new password a second time in the Confirm Password field. Click the Reset Password button.
You’re all set! You can return to the login page and enter your email address and new password to access the platform.
The password reset email can take up to 10 minutes to receive. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your junk mail. Alternatively reach out to us at support@inter-val.ai so we can help!
