Setting Up A Business Using Manual Files
1. From the Business Clients tab, click the purple Add Business button.
2. Under Set up a business, click the Begin Setup button.
3. Click the via File Upload button.
4. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on behalf of your business owner client.
5. Complete the Business Details page. The industry information that you submit will be used in the valuation calculation, and to provide accurate industry benchmarking.
The platform can accept three different types of reports:
- Year-end financial statements (PDF)
- Trial Balance reports (XLS or CSV)
- 5-year Trial Balance Caseware export (XLS)
Ensure you have downloaded/saved the file(s) on to your computer before proceeding.
6. Click the purple Upload Files button.
7. Click and drag the files into the upload window, or select the Upload a CSV, XLS or PDF file button to choose the files from your computer.
8. Click the Submit Files button.
The analysis will be available within two (2) business days. You will receive an email from the interVal team when your client's dashboard is ready for you to review.
