When I click the Login button, it says “Logging In” but I can’t get past that screen.

Issues Logging In

There are a few different factors that may contribute to issues logging in.

Browser Compatibility

interVal can be used on mobile or desktop systems. However, some internet browsers may not provide an optimal experience.

We suggest using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari when possible.



Already Logged In

Review your open browsers/tabs and ensure that you are not already logged in to the platform. If you are, you will need to completely log out of the platform and open a new browser to get started.



Other Browser-Related Factors

There are other factors relating to your internet browser that may be contributing to a failed login (i.e. firewall, pending updates, etc.)

To bypass any potential browser-related issues, you can try using Incognito (Chrome)InPrivate (Edge), or Private Window (Safari).
