The answers you provide in the Accuracy Check questionnaire may impact your valuation estimate (positively or negatively). You may notice that your range increases or decreases, and the range may also become wider or more narrow depending on the answers provided.
It’s important to note that, very often, the answers provided will not result in a dollar-for-dollar increase or decrease. Many of these components are part of a larger equation and will still have an impact, but it’s unlikely that it will be a dollar-for-dollar adjustment.
